What you are applying for

XIO Robotics accepts expressions of interest, private offers and fixed-price requests for a proposed Robot 001 advertising campaign. This form is not a public auction, a purchase, a winning bid or a reservation. No payment is taken when you apply. The robot itself is not being sold.

Prices are indicative Canadian-dollar amounts for a proposed 90-day term, before applicable taxes. Hardware availability, venue permission, safety, installation, dates, exact deliverables, measurement, category conflicts and payment terms must be confirmed in a separate written agreement. The 90-day period starts at the first activation date in that agreement, not when you submit an application.

Your logo and the preview

The preview uses Unitree G1 reference geometry with a concept cosmetic treatment. It is not a manufacturing model, evidence of ownership, an approved installation or an OEM endorsement. No third-party brand is represented as a sponsor. Your uploaded image is processed locally in the browser. It is sent to XIO only if you choose to attach it and confirm your right to share it. Upload only assets you are authorized to use. Previewing or applying does not grant XIO permission to publish your logo as an actual sponsor.

Information collected

Applications collect your name, company, email, optional website, chosen placement, offer or fixed-price request, optional preferred date, campaign brief, consent choices and optional logo. Browser-side preview images are reduced to a small PNG before an authorized upload. We store the application, its reference and processing timestamps privately for review. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the campaign brief.

Purpose and access

XIO uses this information to assess your request, contact you about the proposed campaign and, if approved, administer the resulting agreement. The owner dashboard is access-controlled. Application details and bidder identities are not published. Sharing an application is not permission to claim an established sponsorship.

Hosting, cookies and payment providers

This service is hosted on Railway and uses server-side persistent storage. Infrastructure may process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Essential, first-party, HTTP-only session cookies protect application submission and owner sign-in. The sponsor page has no advertising trackers, third-party analytics, facial recognition, camera or microphone access. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own operational access logs.

An approved payment invitation uses Stripe-hosted checkout only when the merchant has enabled it. XIO does not collect card numbers on this page. Stripe processes contact, billing and payment data under its own terms and privacy notice. Payment status is confirmed by a verified Stripe server notification, not simply by returning from checkout. A private invitation token is held temporarily in your browser session to recover the payment flow.

Retention and choices

Uncontracted pending, rejected and future-fleet applications are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Owner access sessions expire after 30 minutes. The owner can delete an uncontracted application earlier, including its attached logo. Contracted and paid records may be retained as necessary for the agreement, accounting and applicable legal requirements. Minimal security and audit records may be retained separately.

The optional future-opportunities checkbox is separate from the consent needed to process your application. No automated marketing subscription or campaign email is sent by this form. Contact XIO to withdraw optional communications consent, request access, correct information or request deletion where applicable.

No guaranteed outcomes

No specific venue, number of impressions, social views, interactions, leads, sales, return on investment or future livestream audience is guaranteed by the application or preview. Robots 002–005 are planned expansion concepts, not confirmed purchases or deployment dates.

Before any payment

The separate written agreement must identify the contracting business, scope, price, applicable tax, dates, cancellation/refund provisions and what happens if a launch or activation cannot proceed. Do not pay without reviewing that agreement. Applying here is free.
