By accessing or using the XIO Ai website (xioai.ca) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

XIO Ai designs and sells wearable power-assist devices for recreational, mobility, and industrial use. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free or complete.

Important: All XIO devices are classified as recreational / industrial mobility-assist products. They are not medical or therapeutic devices and should not be used for medical or rehabilitation purposes. Performance depends on user build, fit, and activity type.

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. XIO Ai is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We offer a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unactivated and undamaged
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• You must request a return authorization by emailing [email protected]

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

XIO Ai products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from exposure to conditions outside specified operating parameters
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

All content on xioai.ca — including text, images, logos, videos, and software — is the property of XIO Ai or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XIO Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You acknowledge that the use of wearable power-assist devices involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for the proper use of XIO products in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines. XIO Ai is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
