DEPLOYMENT
From a shortlist to a working route.
A successful purchase starts with a defined task and a written deployment scope. Use these steps to plan the first route with your team.
- 01
Define one task
Specify the route, payload, operating hours and the outcome your team wants to measure.
- 02
Check the site
Review floor plans, occupied aisle widths, turns, thresholds, doors, lifts, power and network requirements.
- 03
Agree the written scope
Confirm the exact model, accessories, CAD or USD total, freight, duties, taxes, lead time, integrations, training and warranty responsibilities.
- 04
Plan commissioning
Agree mapping, operator instruction, loading procedures, restricted areas and a person responsible for exceptions.
- 05
Measure and review
Record completed tasks, interventions, uptime and staff time on the first route. Decide whether to change the workflow or expand it using those results.
This is a planning process. Included services and performance criteria must be confirmed for each purchase; no installation, response-time or savings guarantee is implied.
